Warranty and Returns

 Chromebook Solutions Warranty Policy:

 120 day warranty (unless otherwise stated on invoice) on all parts against product failure or defect. This does not include physical damage caused by recipient. Please inspect all products once received and take pictures of physical damage to parts and/or packaging. If there is an issue, please contact us right away. Cross shipments and free return shipping labels are provided for defective parts.

Chromebook Solutions Return Policy:

An RMA number is required for all 30 day returns and warranty exchanges. Website Order RMA's can be done via customer login. For offline orders use the form below or email support@chromebooksolutions.com with your Purchase Order, Invoice or Receipt number. List part number, quantity and reason for return in your email or the below forms "Question/Comment" section.

All returned parts must be in the same condition as when they were originally shipped to you. The parts must be returned to us within 10 business days after an RMA number has been issued. All returned parts must have matching serial numbers and/or marker tags with original labels in place and be free of any signs of usage or damage.
